✅ Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Junior Technician: 10th Pass + ITI in relevant trade + NAC/NTC. Trades: Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Electrician, Electronics etc.
- Junior Manager: Degree in Engineering + Experience
- Assistant/Deputy/Senior Manager: Degree/Diploma in Engg/MBA + Relevant years of experience
- DGM/AGM/Consultant: PG + 10-15 years experience in defence/PSU sector
2. Age Limit
- Upper Age: 35 Years
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD
- Max age after relaxation: 55 Years
